Job summary

WSP in Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior Professional, Project Management to support financial management and delivery of our Transportation and Infrastructure projects. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, contract administration, and client reporting across multiple assignments.

The position requires strong Excel and ERP skills, and may involve travel to support project teams. You will join a project leadership team and help ensure audit readiness and compliance with agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting project financials, project controls, and project management programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in preparing executive reports and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Critical thinking and problem solving to apply data to conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and contract performance across multiple project assignments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project performance summaries.
• Manage subconsultant contracts and financial reporting per contract.
• Track margins, rate adjustments, and annual changes.
• Support revenue projections, backlog tracking, and resource forecasting.
• Assist with budget development, ETCs, and invoice processing.
• Review labor charges, invoices, and project expenses for accuracy.
• Support contract amendments and project startup/closeout activities.
• Identify budget risks and propose corrective actions.
