Job summary

WSP Global Inc. seeks a Senior Professional, Project Management for our Seattle, WA office, to lead financial management and operational delivery within the Transportation and Infrastructure practice. The role supports multiple active projects across several locations, including Bend, OR, Portland, OR, and others.

You will help maintain budget control, forecast needs, prepare client reports, support invoicing, and ensure audit-ready contract compliance within WSP's delivery framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 5 years supporting project financials, controls, PM, engineering or construction management programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and contract performance across multiple project assignments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project performance summaries.
• Manage subconsultant contract documentation and financial reporting in accordance with the contract.
• Margin erosion tracking; tracking and devaluating rate adjustments on contracts; submit annual rate changes.
• Support project managers with earned revenue projections, backlog tracking, and resource forecasting.
• Support Program/Project Managers with budget development, ETCs, and invoices.
• Review labor charges, consultant invoices, reimbursable expenses, and project expenditure for accuracy.
• Assist with budget development, task order tracking, and contract modifications.
• Identify budget risks and recommend corrective actions.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction

Minimum of 5 years experience in PM/FP
