Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, with 10+ years typical at this level.
• Advanced knowledge of PM methodologies and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, changes, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common PM tools, templates, reporting practices, and collaboration platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
• Strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
• Influence and leadership without direct authority.
• Consultative stakeholder partnership and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-complexity cross-functional projects.
• Manage full lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Develop project charters with objectives, scope, governance, success measures.
• Create integrated plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans.
• Apply waterfall, hybrid, SDLC, agile, or scrum as needed.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and maintain project artifacts.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and changes.
• Prepare clear status reports and executive updates.
• Build and manage budgets and financial reporting with sponsors.
• Partner with functional leaders to secure resources and commitments.
• Assess stakeholder impact and develop engagement and adoption strategies.
• Ensure operational readiness and transition to owners.
• Support vendor evaluation and delivery oversight; hold third-party partners accountable.
• Clarify roles and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Shape project strategy and roadmaps with leaders.
