Job summary

Confidential Health Plan is seeking a Project Manager III to lead large-scale projects and multiple concurrent initiatives from inception to close-out. You will own end-to-end accountability for meeting objectives, staying on schedule, and controlling costs while ensuring quality.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, proactive risk management, stakeholder communication, and mentoring of other project managers. Experience managing projects exceeding $1 million is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with leading large-scale and concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with PMI Guide and PMBOK is required; PMP certification is a strong plus.
• Ability to mentor other project managers and build organizational project-management capability.
• Proven track record for delivering projects > $1 million within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects or multiple concurrent initiatives from inception through close-out.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, resources, budget, and schedule.
• Identify risks/issues early and drive corrective actions while communicating with sponsors and stakeholders.
