Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Project Manager to serve as a strategic leader overseeing large, complex programs across multiple workstreams. You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while mentoring PMs to elevate PMO delivery.

You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, deliver measurable business value, and provide executive reporting. The role includes travel and a strong emphasis on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of project and/or program management experience with enterprise-wide impact.
Ability to influence and lead without direct authority across business, operations and technology.
Experience governing multiple concurrent projects with exec-level communications.
Strong strategic thinking and aligning execution to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex programs spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Influence cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives without direct authority.
Oversee planning, governance, risk management, and resource constraints.
Provide executive-level status updates and recommendations.
