Job summary

CVS Health is looking for a Project Manager to direct the implementation of self-funded client programs, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and budgets. You will drive planning, execution, and governance across multiple deployments with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, solid PM skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while coaching juniors.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience with direct client relationships.
• Proven project management delivery experience within healthcare implementations.
• Strong problem-solving, risk mitigation and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded clients.
• Lead planning, execution, and milestone tracking with stakeholders.
• Develop change management plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports, manage multiple projects, and coach juniors.
• Ensure project outcomes meet client expectations and budgets.
