Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues within timelines.
• Proven execution and delivery skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comprehensive understanding of Aetna products, services, operations and systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients.
• Lead project planning, milestones, and team assignments with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and implement containment and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coach junior colleagues on project management techniques and processes.
