Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of client benefit plan implementations for self-funded new business clients. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and resolve implementation issues, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.

The role requires 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and proven delivery skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent execution and delivery skills, coordinating resources and meeting objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables; assign team members and deadlines.
• Identify risks, prepare mitigation strategies, and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
• Coach junior colleagues and promote best practices in project management.
