CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to guide the end-to-end implementation of Self-funded New Business Client plans. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction across complex healthcare projects.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships and delivery of healthcare products/services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, deliverables, deadlines and milestones.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities and resources.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements and risks.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
