Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center infrastructure projects across North America. Manage reliability, resilience, and modernization of critical power systems while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will oversee schedules using Primavera P6, manage contracts and commercial negotiations, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This is a senior, customer-facing role requiring strong leadership and delivering projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience within power systems, grid automation, data centers, utilities, EPC, or industrial infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $15M or greater.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams consisting of more than 30 resources.
• PMI/ PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale data center infrastructure projects from contract award through final acceptance.
• Establish project execution strategies, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, testing, and field execution.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting, cash flow, revenue recognition, and margins.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and commercial negotiations.
