Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of project management experience on large-scale projects.
• PMI or equivalent certification required.
• Travel: 10% across geographies.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Oversee financial performance and resource planning for optimal efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and successful.
• Prepare clear, actionable reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Negotiate and manage contracts to maximize value for Hitachi Energy.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
