Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager in Raleigh to lead large-scale data center infrastructure initiatives across North America.

You will guide projects from contract award to final acceptance, coordinating engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field teams while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in power systems or data centers, with expertise in Primavera P6 and SAP-based controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Engineering/PM/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in power systems, grid automation, data centers, utilities, EPC, or industrial infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $15M or greater.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex data center infrastructure projects from contract award through final acceptance.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and drive critical path management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, testing, and field execution.
• Own project financial performance including forecasting, cash flow, revenue recognition and margin protection.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, claims resolution, and commercial negotiations.
