Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical data center projects in the United States. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years directing data center projects, strong budgeting and contract-management skills, and solid leadership. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with strong advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in electrical field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager for data center projects.
• Experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical data center projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation of electrical utilities and ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality and plan adherence.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting timeline or budget.
