Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee complex project activities across the organization, refining strategies and processes to ensure seamless execution of a portfolio of projects.

You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans covering resources, timelines, and financial allocations while delivering five-star customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years as a Project Coordinator or similar, handling complex projects from inception to completion (retrofitting PV/ESS preferred).
• 2+ years creating detailed project plans with various methodologies; interpret complex schedules and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a pipeline of projects from sale to operation and beyond with strong stakeholder experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Break complex projects into manageable actions, set timeframes, and prioritize tasks.
• Serve as senior point of contact for project communications with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, scope and objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to allocate resources and personnel for optimal project utilization and customer experience.
• Identify risks early and develop contingency plans; elevate risk management strategies.
