Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduling Specialist to manage organization-wide scheduling activities.

You will review pipeline reports, coordinate with homeowners and installers, and work with senior management to align resources and budgets while delivering top-tier customer experience. Based in CA offices in Irvine, SF, or Santa Clara, with potential in-office scheduling at manager discretion; remote work may be considered in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Scheduling/Project Management or similar role in retrofit renewable energy.
• 3+ years of customer experience improvement and stakeholder guidance.
• Strong prioritization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and report on scheduling metrics.
• Review pipeline reports to identify projects ready for scheduling.
• Root cause analysis to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Coordinate with leadership to develop plans aligning resources and timelines.
• Schedule projects with homeowners and Installation Partners.
• Submit purchase requests to procure bill of materials.
• Oversee projects from Site Survey to Completion and manage risks.
