Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate field operations for our Home Energy Systems division.

You will oversee daily updates on installation progress, material deliveries, and milestones, working closely with the Construction Coordination and Scheduling teams to keep projects on track. The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and customer-focused outcomes, with occasional travel to job sites and roof access.

Qualifications

• Construction project management work experience.
• Experience with CRM, Solar Proposal Tools, Zoom Contact Center, and MS365 workspace.
• Ability to read Solar Plan Sets with strong attention to detail.
• Organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; process-driven.
• Excellent oral and written communication for internal/external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project updates across field operations, including installation progress and milestones.
• Maintain accurate project updates within CRM and operational systems.
• Coordinate with Construction Coordination and Scheduling teams on field activity.
• Support resolution of field issues and provide admin support to Field Construction Management.
• Coordinate follow-up on post-construction punch lists to ensure five-star outcomes.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of branded clothing and materials to installation partners.
• Communicate project progress, risks and exceptions to stakeholders.
• Provide general project oversight to ensure operational consistency.
