Hanwha Qcells USA Corp, headquartered in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Manager of Process Planning in Houston, TX, to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives within EPC and project delivery operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of EPC project controls or operations leadership.
• Proven track record in process transformation for large Solar/BESS EPC projects.
• Deep knowledge of scheduling, cost control, risk management and reporting.
• Strong ERP and project management systems knowledge.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company-wide process innovation roadmap.
• Define KPIs, benchmarks, and governance frameworks to measure and improve process efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Establish standardized controls for project cost management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Drive integration of project controls with ERP and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Logistics, and Operations.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions to improve execution speed and reduce costs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools and methodologies for applicability to Qcells’ operational model.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across teams.
• Regular attendance per attendance policy and supervisory assignment.
