Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex PRIMERA and Artificial Lift Systems projects from entry to delivery. You will serve as the primary integration point among customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget project delivery in compliance with contractual and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or service delivery.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional projects in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, planning, scheduling, and delivery for strategic customer projects.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing execution lead, updating stakeholders and resolving issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service Delivery.
• Oversee project documentation, customer deliverables, databooks, inspection plans, and quality requirements.
• Manage engineering change activities, configuration management, part number releases, and product readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, technical execution, and supply chain.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor activities impacting project execution.
