Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Project Management Senior Specialist - Install Leadership to drive execution across installation, commissioning, and startup of equipment at customer sites. You will lead the project team, coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years in project management, strong English communication, and the ability to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4+ years in Project Management.
• Excellent oral and written English communication; executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of contract terms, risk, and remedies; financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned project team and coordinate with supporting functions to meet contractual obligations.
• Serve as primary contact for project stakeholders and guide opportunities amidst challenges.
• Ensure project financial performance, timely completion, and quality targets.
• Utilize project management tools in day-to-day operations of the project.
• Manage and resolve all project issues, with status reports, risk mitigation, and closure.
• Coordinate efforts for successful project closure and transition to operating team.
• Develop execution models for varying project sizes in collaboration with stakeholders.
