Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex PRIMERA and Artificial Lift Systems projects from order entry through delivery. You will integrate customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement and service delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, operations or service delivery
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects in a matrix organization
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing schedules, risks, action plans and deliverables
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, planning, scheduling and delivery activities for strategic customer projects
• Serve as the primary customer-facing execution lead, providing project updates and resolving issues
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service Delivery
• Oversee project documentation, customer deliverables, databooks, inspection plans and quality requirements
• Manage engineering change activities, configuration management, part number releases and product readiness
• Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks related to schedule, quality, technical execution and supply chain performance
• Coordinate supplier and vendor activities impacting project execution
