Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex PRIMERA and Artificial Lift Systems projects from order entry through delivery. You will integrate customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement and service delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, operations or service delivery

  • Experience managing schedules, risks, action plans and deliverables
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or service delivery.

  • Experience managing schedules, risks, action plans, and project deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in Artificial Lift Systems, AccessESP, Completions, or Manufacturing.
