• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in managing projects in an industrial environment and strong customer relationship skills.
• Proven financial management experience including budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact, resolving specification and commercial issues and providing project updates.
• Manage contract fulfillment and project execution from OTR handoff through warranty completion.
• Manage and report all project financials: budgets, costs, margins, invoicing, collections.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks with mitigation plans and resolutions.
• Coordinate deliverables, changes, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure on-time delivery per contract and customer expectations.
• Communicate requirements to extended project teams and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate non-conformances and ensure contractual quality requirements.
• Support site visits and project reviews; provide after-hours/weekend support if needed.
