Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (EE preferred) with 5+ years of construction experience.
• Experience with electrical installations and contract documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of a project.
• Identify change orders and resolve issues.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against expenses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals.
• Prepare estimates for partially designed projects.
• Maintain as-builts and document issues.
• Ensure timely RFIs and documentation.
