M.C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader 3 to drive large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout.

You will manage bids, design, installation, and field execution, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders to meet aggressive cost, schedule, and quality targets. Ideal candidates bring deep CPM scheduling, MS Project/Primavera experience, and a track record of leading complex programs in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics or 9+ years with a Master's or 7+ years with a Ph.D.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling and General Contractor Schedules
• Accubid Estimating (or equivalent) directly related to Electrical Installations; Primavera P6 CPM Scheduling
• Strong knowledge of a project management/scheduling system (MS Project or Primavera P6)
• Ability to create project schedules, estimate work, and discuss budgets with leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from initiation to close.
• Lead multi-phase project lifecycle: proposal, design, solutioning, installation, and closeout.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirements, manpower, layouts, schedules, and plans.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and develop Work Breakdown Structures with resources assigned.
• Monitor baseline vs actuals and manage resource loading and progress reports.
• Ensure permits, licenses, inspections, and cost control are handled timely.
