You will manage project initiation through closeout, contribute during bidding, and lead efforts to solve complex problems with ingenuity. The role emphasizes scope, schedule, cost, and safety, with responsibilities spanning planning, resource allocation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years electrical construction experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Ability to estimate work and prepare customer proposals.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with procurement, design docs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer small electrical construction projects or parts of larger ones.
• Manage one or more phases of a project lifecycle (proposal to close).
• Assist with project documentation, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and develop work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate resources and maintain baseline project schedule.
• Produce baseline vs. actual reports and progress data.
• Oversee site surveys, cost studies, and progress reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely inspections.
• Support with major material acquisition and permits.
• Integrate data from multiple systems to analyze progress.
