Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Significant experience leading technology modernization or digital transformation programs involving SaaS solutions.
• 10+ years of procurement planning experience.
• Experience managing complex technology procurements and vendor evaluations.
• Strong background in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and multi-vendor environments.
• Experience developing project artifacts including project plans, charters, status reports, risk logs, and executive communications.
• Expertise using Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Modernization Leadership: develop roadmaps, assess readiness, identify risks, and plan phased implementations.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: lead procurement planning, RFIs/RFPs/SOWs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: coordinate cross-functional work, facilitate executive discussions, and prepare status reports.
• Program Development & Readiness: create artifacts, identify resources, support requirements gathering, and establish implementation frameworks.
