Job summary

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead BI/Analytics, data lake, MDM, data integration, and governance initiatives for a client partner. The role requires strong analytical skills, agile leadership, and the ability to manage multiple scrum boards across projects and operations.

Must be a Wisconsin resident; no relocation; 100% remote within Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will guide teams, remove roadblocks, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver value to business partners

Qualifications

Experience leading and managing multiple agile teams using Scrum/agile methodologies, including BI/DW projects.
Ability to blend agile and traditional project management principles to fit project needs.
Experience developing teams, removing roadblocks, and mentoring members.
Experience directing and monitoring daily work, identifying resources, and escalating issues.
Sufficient technical experience with data management and analytics to lead technical teams.
Experience tracking progress via JIRA and other PM tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels.
Ability to work with cross-functional groups and across organizational layers.
Strong mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team-building skills.
Ability to deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of business needs and building trust with customers.
Familiarity with agile PM tools; SAFe experience is a plus.
