• 10+ years in estimating, designing and managing Site Utilities projects $5M–$25M.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing a team.
• Ability to operate independently while consulting with Senior Leadership when needed.
• Demonstrated ethics and leadership aligned with ACCO culture.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and grow the current customer base while pursuing new opportunities.
• Develop bid strategies and oversee end-to-end project management from sales to completion.
• Provide budget support for prospective clients and optimize PM resources.
• Maintain records on prospects, accounts, and new clients.
