Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager in San Diego to develop and maintain a client base, manage HVAC/plumbing/process sales, and oversee field labor coordination with field leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HVAC project management experience, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to project completion. The role requires in-person leadership and proactive client engagement across complex projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in estimating, design and/or management of HVAC projects from $50,000 to $100+ million.
• Ability to operate independently and autonomously to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Single-source responsibility to ACCO and the customer for project delivery.
• Promote and finalize sales through concept engineering, estimates, proposals, and meetings.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and execution across projects.
