Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years in project or construction finance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and contract terms.
• Strong analytical ability to review large data sets and forecast with risk focus.
• Experience in financial oversight, monitoring, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Create a high-performing finance team and provide coaching and development.
• Lead finance and related teams, deliver timely performance feedback and appraisals.
• Develop and deliver department process training for staff.
• Provide financial leadership for core business activities and new opportunities.
• Partner with profit center executives and general manager on strategy and annual plans.
• Prepare and present periodic financial statements and forecasting reports.
• Improve systems and procedures to support profit centers and finance.
