Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 10+ years of relevant experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 10+ years of related experience in project or construction finance.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting for profit centers; CMA/CFA or MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams, manage risk, and collaborate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and cost teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and deliver training on department processes and financial systems.
• Provide financial leadership for core business activities and new opportunities.
• Partner with profit-center executives and general managers on strategy and annual plans.
• Oversee monthly financial statements, forecasting, and risk management.
