Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 18 years related experience.
• Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Ability to pursue new business opportunities and understand regional market.
• Proven written and verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to read, interpret contract docs, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Experience with BIM and Lean to benefit projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and design community to win future work.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff with timely performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure new work.
• Ensure ethics and compliance on all projects.
• Lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
• Manage multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee master schedule development and implementation.
• Oversee budgets and financial management for projects.
• Support Turner's initiatives and technologies.
• Oversee QA/QC program administration.
• Enforce safety protocols on site.
