Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Executive to be the most senior PM on large-scale EPC projects, including BESS, substations, wind, and solar. You’ll lead budgets, schedules, and profitability while coordinating with business development and division management.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, enforce PM processes, and drive safe, compliant project delivery across phases, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple EPC projects.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and profitability across portfolios.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Develop and implement PM processes, tools, and KPIs to drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, finance, engineering and safety teams.
