Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Executive in our EPC division to lead large-scale renewable energy projects, overseeing budgets, timelines, and profitability. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams across civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes, ensuring safety, quality, and client alignment from inception through execution.

The role requires deep experience in complex EPC environments, strategic collaboration with business development, and a track record of delivering on expansive project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management or a related role, preferably within the EPC industry.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office Suite).
• Business development/heavy client interaction a plus
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight on large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and profitability for assigned projects.
• Oversee all aspects and scopes under portfolio including large BESS, substation, wind, or utility-scale solar projects.
• Develop new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
