McCownGordon Construction is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee successful delivery of major construction programs. You will drive preconstruction, lead project teams, and ensure profitability across portfolios while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in construction, strong client relationship skills, and proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of construction leadership and project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or multiple projects and project teams to ensure profitability.
• Oversee preconstruction from inception through planning and setup.
• Develop and pursue proposals, RFP responses, and client interviews.
• Mentor and develop senior project managers and team members.
• Maintain and grow client portfolios and key relationships.
• Monitor schedule, cost, risk, and safety across projects.
