Job summary

McCownGordon Construction seeks an experienced executive to oversee large projects from award to closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive profitability, and develop senior project leaders while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will guide preconstruction and project setup, ensure safety and quality, and participate in pursuit activities to grow the business and nurture the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• 15+ years' experience in project management or construction leadership.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project to manage all project components.

Responsibilities

• Lead large or multiple projects and teams to ensure overall profitability and success.
• Serve as executive client leader for assigned accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee preconstruction, planning, and project setup to reduce risk and enhance profitability.
• Mentor and develop project teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Participate in pursuit activities, proposals, and client interviews to grow the business.
