Job summary

Orion is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex self-perform marine construction and heavy civil projects across the Pacific Region from the Federal Way area. The role focuses on financial performance, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction, reporting to Area leadership.

The successful candidate will manage Project Managers, Superintendents, estimators, and field leaders, while coordinating with regional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible construction experience on complex self-perform marine and heavy civil projects.
• Proven executive oversight of multiple concurrent projects and management teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with project financial management including forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for complex marine construction projects in the Pacific Region.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project engineers.
• Set strategies to ensure profitability, safety, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor project forecasts, budgets, labor productivity, and cash flow.
• Coordinate staffing and deployment of marine equipment and subcontractors.
