Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Project Executive (Life Science) to lead business development and project delivery within the Life Science sector.

You will partner with local Business Developers and stakeholders to win opportunities and guide interviews, aiming to build a profitable Life Sciences stream. For execution, you will provide strategic oversight from preconstruction to close-out, managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in CM or CM-at-Risk.
• Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in cost reporting and financial controls.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of scheduling software, logic, and principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level supervision across multiple projects.
• Oversee cost, schedule, quality, safety, and overall performance.
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and evaluations (bi-annually).
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong owner relationships.
