Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Executive (PX) in New Jersey to provide overall direction and supervision of projects, directing Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators.

You will establish priorities, maintain relationships with owners and stakeholders, and lead profitability and safety initiatives across multiple projects. The role requires 15+ years in lead management for a CM at Risk firm, strong cost reporting skills, and a track record of delivering large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required; master's preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple project teams on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with cost reporting and progress tracking (Cost Reporting required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of scheduling software understood.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects including oversight of Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators.
• Establish operational priorities and maintain relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Lead business development pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
• Oversee project reporting requirements and support development of SOPs for PM Department.
• Mentor and coach staff; perform biannual performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff compliance with corporate SOPs; assist in hiring efforts.
