Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of construction management experience on large projects.
• Ability to manage development to closeout for complex projects.
• Attention to detail to organize multiple project tasks.
• Understanding of construction law and business practices.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer and community relationships.
• Conduct customer service visits from pre-construction to close-out.
• Review proposals and participate in RFP processes.
• Serve as primary customer contact for assigned projects.
• Support business development and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide oversight and accountability for large projects.
• Manage contract administration including terms, changes, and invoices.
• Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitability.
• Lead and mentor project team.
