Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Executive I to provide overall management for large projects, lead the project team, and ensure strong customer relations. This role requires interaction with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, remaining flexible, proactive, and highly professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management overseeing large projects.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects from development to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships.
• Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to close-out.
• Preview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal process.
• Act as primary customer contact for assigned projects.
• Support business development initiatives and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide oversight and accountability for large projects.
• Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices.
• Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project team.
