Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent with HVAC/Plumbing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable project management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with BIM and fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team members (PMs, engineers, superintendents, site coordinator).
• Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
• Mentor PMs for growth and apply company people practices.
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, costs, and forecasts.
• Ensure understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with BIM and Fabrication units; ensure customer satisfaction.
