Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Executive for Integrated Solutions - Delivery to lead contract execution, client satisfaction, and business development on large energy infrastructure projects. You will oversee multi-project teams, manage complex schedules, and ensure financial performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will negotiate with vendors/subcontractors, mentor managers, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of verifiable experience in LARGE ($20M+) commercial construction.
• Design build experience is a plus.
• 4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field) AND applicable field work experience in the Company core markets.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Can manage complex situations that may include ambiguity and conflict resolution.
• Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Management of all project team members (Project Administrator, Project Accountant, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents).
• Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
• Mentor and train Project Managers and Superintendents for career growth and development.
• Manage overall project financials and communicate them to leadership.
• Informs VP of employee development and any performance issues.
• Understand Contract terms and resolve risks and business issues.
• Lead development of Subcontract and Purchase Order exhibits for buy-out of scopes.
• Develop project schedules with detailed plans to meet energy savings goals.
• Monitor and manage Change Management and progress billings.
• Ensure accurate Monthly Reporting and lead Monthly Project Meetings.
• Work with Project Managers to verify accurate financial forecasting.
• Resolve open risk issues and serve as the client’s point of contact.
