Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 8–10 years of verifiable experience in LARGE ($20M+) commercial construction.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in MS Office, Project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead project team members across multiple projects/geographies.
• Champion project safety and risk management.
• Mentor and train project staff for career growth.
• Manage project financials and communicate results to leadership.
• Develop subcontract and purchase order exhibits for buy-out of scopes of work.
• Plan project schedules to meet energy savings goals.
• Monitor change management, progress billings, and monthly reporting.
