Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Project Executive for Integrated Solutions - Delivery to lead large-scale energy infrastructure projects across multiple sites. You will supervise project teams, direct contract execution, manage financial performance, and drive vendor/subcontractor negotiations to protect value.

The role requires deep experience in design-build, strategic planning, and strong client relations. You will mentor managers, oversee safety and risk, and ensure timely reporting while advancing ENFRA’s

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of verifiable experience in LARGE ($20M+) commercial construction
• Design build experience is a plus
• 4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field) AND applicable field work experience in the Company core markets
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships
• Can manage complex situations that may include ambiguity and conflict resolution
• Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary

Responsibilities

• Management of project team members (multi-projects/geographies)
• Champion project safety and risk management
• Mentor and train Project Managers and Superintendents
• Manage overall project financials and communicate to leadership
• Inform VP of employee development and performance issues
• Understand Contract Terms and resolve risks
• Lead development of Subcontract and PO exhibits
• Collaborate on Schedule development to meet energy savings goals
• Monitor change management and timely billing processes
• Ensure accurate Monthly Reporting and lead Monthly Project Meetings
• Work with PMs to ensure accurate financial forecasting
• Resolve open risk issues and act as point of contact for Client
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and owners
• Promote ethical, professional behaviors and company policies
