Job summary

McGough Construction seeks a Project Executive to plan and lead key projects from inception through deployment, overseeing resources, timelines, cost and scope with strong client engagement.

Ideal candidate has 15-20+ years managing large Design-Build projects, experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction and closeout, and proficiency in Procore, P6, and Autodesk.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or related degree.
• 15-20+ years managing large and/or simultaneous projects, including experience with self-perform capabilities.
• Proven track record of successful Design-Build projects on time and on budget.
• Experience in managing large project teams over 30 people.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, P6, Autodesk, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and standards.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, Preconstruction and Business Development: lead in preconstruction efforts and client relationships.
• Scheduling: co-lead CPM schedule development and scheduling oversight.
• Construction: oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Project Oversight: manage project staffing, profitability and safety protocols.
• Post-Construction: capture lessons learned and support knowledge sharing.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
