Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a specialist to coordinate and lead sustainment and depot operations for THAAD-related programs. The role focuses on integrating engineering program requirements, overseeing depot activities, and ensuring compliance with government and contract specifications.

Key responsibilities include software suite development coordination, SME support for depot programs, and PPP development for an organic missile repair depot.

Qualifications

• Understanding of sustainment & logistics principles (e.g., the 12 IPS elements).
• Past experience in depot and sustainment operations.
• Experience working with government customers on depot and sustainment operations.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing or depot operational flow related to facility capacity and utilization.
• Knowledge of facility requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, work with developers to implement them, and verify proper implementation.
• Coordinate installation of the Software Suite in a development environment, preload depot work instructions and hardware data, and run test scenarios to ensure the software functions correctly.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for THAAD Interceptor Services depot operations.
• Lead the development of a PPP for a new organic THAAD missile repair depot, including defining Lockheed’s role and coordinating with government personnel.
