Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in the United States is seeking a technically strong Project Lead to guide multi-discipline engineering teams on complex projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.

You will work with PMs, clients, and internal managers to oversee design, budgeting, documentation, and procurement, delivering high-quality engineering deliverables with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Inform the Project Manager of all technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction Manager, Procurement Manager, Quality Manager, and Project Controls Lead on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing budgets and schedules; document scope changes.
• Lead multi-discipline deliverables and inter-discipline coordination.
• Review 3D models for coordination and clash detection.
• Develop or facilitate project-specific engineering procedures.
• Provide input for scope documents and execution plans.
• Ensure timely completion of major deliverables (Line List, Equipment List, Area Classification Drawings, P&IDs, GA Drawings).
