Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in California is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide technical leadership on engineering projects and support the Project Manager in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a BS or MS in Engineering, a PE license, and PMP certification, with 5+ years of engineering and project management experience. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage budgets, and deliver multi-discipline documents and models.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license and PMP preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for projects and support PM in cost and schedule.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM team on execution issues and scope changes.
• Ensure timely completion of multi-discipline deliverables.
• Review 3D modeling and inter-discipline coordination.
• Maintain quality control of engineering work.
• Report engineering status weekly and monthly.
