Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience in project/program management, or graduate degree with 7 years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, engineering, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong background in financial planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs with significant cross-functional coordination requirements.
• Provide end-to-end project leadership including planning, execution, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Mentor less experienced program managers across the organization.
• Serve as a primary customer contact for program maintenance activities and lead reviews with customers.
